Our completed projects show how we work with properties and land – from improving them and preparing them for further development or for an investor, through to the full preparation and construction of new projects. Each of them is the result of a considered approach with an emphasis on quality, value and long-term potential.

01 CE·ZA·AR 2023

Valčíkova Residence

Prague – Holešovičky (CZ)

  • Demolition of the original building and preparation of the plot for new construction in the Prague–Holešovičky villa district.
  • Construction of an urban villa, including permitting processes and coordination of trades.
  • Creation of high-standard housing with well-considered layouts.
  • Five apartments with a usable area of 625 m², custom-made furniture, generous terraces and a garden, and parking both in the garage and on the plot.
  • The project received the prestigious CE·ZA·AR 2023 architecture award; the result is quality architecture sensitively set into its surroundings.

BRATISLAVA - ZÁMOCKÁ

BRATISLAVA - STARÉ MESTO (SK)

  • Rekonštrukcia pôvodných nebytových priestorov a ich premena na moderné ubytovacie zariadenie.

  • Vytvorenie plne vybavenej ubytovne s kapacitou 48 lôžok a úžitkovou plochou 729 m².

  • Modernizácia izieb, spoločných priestorov a technického vybavenia s dôrazom na komfort a efektívnu prevádzku.

  • Úspešné prevádzkovanie študentského ubytovania v atraktívnej lokalite v centre Bratislavy.

  • Zhodnotenie projektu predajom novému investorovi na ďalšie využitie ako stredoškolský internát.

Voderady

Voderady (SK)

  • Long-term management and maintenance of the unused shopping centre complex in Voderady with the aim of preserving its value.
  • Preparation of the complex for a new functional use and "opening the door" for an investor to enter.
  • Realising the project's value through a sale and handing the complex over to its new owner.
  • Reconstruction and conversion of the complex to meet the new owner's needs.

Bratislava – Klingerka

Bratislava – Klingerka (SK)

  • Preparation of a 1.1 ha site in Bratislava's new downtown for a future urban development.
  • Consolidation and settlement of ownership rights to land on the site of a former industrial complex.
  • Technical and legal preparation of the site, including coordination with utility network operators and municipal authorities.
  • Sale to the strategic partner JTRE for the realisation of the Klingerka project.
  • Today the site is home to one of Bratislava's architectural landmarks – a 35-storey residential high-rise.

Bratislava – Mlynské nivy

Bratislava – Mlynské nivy (SK)

  • Preparation of a 7 ha site in the Mlynské nivy zone for a future development project.
  • Land consolidation and comprehensive settlement of ownership rights across the site.
  • Partial clearing and remediation of the site to prepare the area for further development.
  • Creating the preconditions for a new urban development in cooperation with expert partners.
  • Subsequent sale of the site to the developer YIT for the realisation of their investment plan.

Bernolákovo – Triblavina

Bernolákovo – Triblavina (SK)

  • Preparation of a 28 ha site for the creation of a logistics and industrial park in Triblavina.
  • Land consolidation and comprehensive site preparation for utility networks and transport connections.
  • Coordination of territorial and technical conditions for the follow-on development.
  • Sale to the strategic partner VGP for the realisation of the VGP Park Bratislava project.
  • The result is an extensive logistics and semi-industrial park with more than 400,000 m² of space.

Marianka – Slnečná Street

Marianka (SK)

  • Preparation of a 1.4 ha site for a new residential development in the village of Marianka.
  • Construction of utility networks and an access road, including connections to public infrastructure.
  • Parcelling of the site and the creation and sale of 12 building plots for family houses.
  • Transformation of vacant land into a residential zone with all technical and urban-planning requirements.
  • Project successfully completed – the new street is now built up and inhabited by residents.

Malinovo – Jahodová

Malinovo (SK)

  • Preparation of a 1.7 ha site for a new residential development in the village of Malinovo.
  • Construction of utility networks and an access road, including connections to public infrastructure.
  • Parcelling of the site and the creation and sale of building plots for family houses.
  • Transformation of vacant land into a residential zone with all technical and urban-planning requirements.
  • Project successfully completed – the new street is now built up and inhabited by residents.
